Work in 2 or 3 dimensions will be considered, including: drawings, paintings, mixed media works, printmaking, photography, graphic works, enameled works, metalwork, jewelry, sculptures, fiber arts, glassworks, ceramics and woodworking.
Exhibitors will be selected strictly on the merits of their art as interpreted by a juried panel. All works must be original - no kits or molds, unless mold is original work of artist. All paintings and drawings must be framed, matted and tastefully displayed.
We reserve the right to ask that hazardous or objectionable work be removed from the exhibit.
Sales are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
The space fee is $75. Do not send fee until you received notification of acceptance!!
Fees are due by the end of July 2018 and are payable to the Bedford Historical Society.
No refunds will be made after August 6, 2018.
Exhibitors will be assigned a 10' x 10' space under a large carnival tent at Bedford Commons (730 Broadway Ave, Bedford OH 44146) Lighting is provided. Tent sides are tacked down, but wind gusts are a possibility. Electricity is provided. Overnight security is provided by the Bedford Police Department. Exhibitor must furnish their own displays, tables and chairs.
Please send 4 photos or digital images of 4 different pieces of current work labeled with artist's name, title, medium and size; a SASE for return of materials; an artist statement and resume and a signed application/agreement form.

Free parking is available. All vehicles must unload from Broadway or North Park. Electrical services are limited. Overnight security provided by the Bedford Police Department

While you're browsing, enjoy free live entertainment all day Saturday and Sunday at the gazebo on Bedford Commons or have some wonderful food made by local Gourmet Food Vendors.

Children's Imagination Area - paint like Picasso, enjoy a juggler or enjoy a performance by The Big Bubble Company or John Flowers Mad Mountain Juggler!
Artisan Village - for everyone who loves original crafts - leather, wood, lotions, candles. Take a stroll through the Village and talk with crafters about their unique wares.
Pookas are gnome-like characters created by local Bedford artist Richard Sedlon. These whimsical, agrarian creatures range from six to eight inches tall and live in the forest. Like their creator they love to paint, play music, read and sing...basically they like to have a good time!
Some of Richard Sedlon's artwork will be displayed at the festival. Prints are available in the Town Hall Museum gift shop.
